Popular alternative therapy:

Yoga
Massage Therapy
Acupuncture

Consider the following

None of these therapies above have deemed effective in treating chronic fatigue syndrome. There are some people who have felt much better after turning to them for relaxation purposes. If you have been diagnosed with CFS and you are contemplating whether or not you should try out one of these complementary therapies, learn about them before you trying them so that you can understand their purpose. Ask your doctor some questions beforehand:

Will complementary treatment improve my overall health?
Is it going to cost me a lot? If it seems like a faulty, scam product it probably is.
Does it work and will it help me with symptoms?
Is this a product that has been created with quality? Mineral supplements and vitamins don't have the same rules as medicines. The ingredients are going to vary from one to the other.
Is it safe for me to try?

Keep in mind that chronic fatigue syndrome is a difficult condition to beat, being that the reasons behind the syndrome seem so normal. Always make sure to avoid any products that claim to fix CFS, because there isn't any medicine that is capable of doing so.
